If you are using an android device and you are having problems pairing your charger to the app, make sure you have bluetooth and your GPS location services turned on before opening the app. It finally worked for me after lots of frustration in the beginning. It's a great way to keep an eye on those lipos.

I finally figure it out, how to get the PIN that i forgot. When you power up the unit, just watch the screen, and the PIN will be displayed for 1 sec or so. I used that PIN in the app and i manage to get access again. ==================== OLD POST Ask for 4 digit pass. I can not get into the app. Can not access system settings. The app 1.60 is garbage. It used to work for me previous version.

Scan and go doesn't work it struggles to find my charger most of the time, not very good at all 😕

This app is almost entirely worthless. It connects by bluetooth to an RC charger within 10 feet of you, and has less functionality than the charger. Why should this app exist at all? I wish the charger or app could record cycling sessions so I could get any of the data about the session besides, "it's done".

Since the V1.62 update the app no longer works. It keeps giving an error message stating that the PIN must be 4 characters. It doesn't give me a chance to enter the PIN I've already set. Please fix this!
