At first I thought "Only One That Doesn't Intrude" (Seems like it's the only one I can find that isn't always in the notification menu.) But after turning on the service, and stopping the service, it was junk.

Controls work well. Easy to access via notification area. Especially helpful on Android versions that hide rotation lock deep in settings. More powerful than basic lock vs auto.
