It would be nice to be able to write some text message. It would also be good to be able to determine the font size and to have other languages available. When I select "show clock and owner info" the two windows overlap and I cannot resize them. Otherwise it's a good app.

This app is all I was looking for. All I could find were ICE apps, which weren't exactly what I was after. The only 2 things I would like to see for 5 stars is the ability to add custom text to the drop down for who to call, and an option to have a different colour scheme other than the bright white that clashes with my background. A transparent theme would look slick. Edit: Thank you very much for your quick response! This is exactly what I was looking for, and the features I was looking for are there. Upgraded to 5 stars. I'd give more stars if any were available! Edit #2: My phone just got updated to Android L today... And I have discovered that Google no longer supports lock screen widgets! I will miss this widget, as a couple of weeks ago my lost phone was returned to me because of it. The new Android L upgrade will let you display owner info on the lock screen, but only as a one-line scrolling text. It has no where near the usefulness and functionality that Instant Owner Info has. Good bye, Instant Owner Info. You were awesome while you lasted. :(
