I was enjoying a lot to use sec notes until it stopped showing me a particular note I've taken. I can search for it. I can see the suggested result of my search as a miniature, but when it comes to opening it, it won't open, it would only request me to enter the code for the main app and immediately after inserting it, it kicks me back to the main screen. I'm very unhappy as this is happening with one of the most important notes I save there. *just updated SecNotes and i still cannot access it

Hello, still not able to backup to my devices, I have also posted in the support forum, and have email the Dev, but no response. So I'm posting here as a last resort, for proper support. When I back up, says Could not write file. Well no response from Dev, so I guess I'll uninstall, my guess is on the free version, I bet it only allows one backup, then if you edit and backup again you get the error. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and it never asked for permission to write.

Updated and degraded Changed from 5 to 1 stars. After the latest update to version 10.2 all content of my spreadsheets disappeared. I was using the app for couple years. I switched many phones and all my data transition worked smoothly. I would like to have only one feature, - to be able to see my data in Google docs in some kind of converted way, so I can read my files. Update 2. March 22,2021. Problem is fixed. Got personal attention from the app author and solved the problem together. Happy.

A lot of my notes were erased yesterday after an update. My backup was overridden and only shows the missing content as well. What happened? I need that info! Updated to version 10.6 and still info is missing. There was a previous reply to my rating that suggested a different solution but it's gone now?

This app has one major flaw. If you don't save a note before you switch apps, when you come back you may have lost all the changes you made. An autosave feature would save a lot of heartache.

I access my spreadsheets everyday. Today when I opened them, most of the data on the spreadsheets were gone. I tried to restore from dropbox but the spreadsheets still had missing data. How do I get them back? I am very disappointed since I really like this app. Help.
