I am still unhappy about them tracking my location in the background, storing it, and me having no way to disable it. The emergency contact feature is unclear, and the interface is designed in such a way that it nudges you towards live-sharing. That being said, their emergency response is superb and unparalleled. They got SAPS to me in an emergency in less than 10 minutes, with constant follow-ups. They send security when necessary etc etc. When something happens, I have developed the reflex of opening the app, as it is by far the best way to get access to the appropriate emergency response. People who have seen me use the app, and saw the way Namola coordinates assistance, immediately downloaded the app after. I absolutely recommend the app to anyone. I hope they will take any privacy concerns seriously in future, as their explanation right now is not waterproof.

Application clunky and disappointing. For an emergency app, the main page is a newsfeed which spams you. Even after unsubscribing, you cannot change this as the main page. The main feature of this app is the map tracking for emergencies, this should be the main page. Unfortunately a let down. The app needs a major change though. Still doesn't track location correctly and misses complete trips to different cities (even with paid panic tracker).

Tested the SOS button, and response was swift. But location tracking, and sharing, seemingly only works if the app is open, then erratic or delayed, on two Nokia devices, latest Android 12 and 13 builds available (and prior). Devs attribute issue to Android API, and are working to improve, but problem persists. Disappointing, because there are no problems with native Google Maps timeline or location sharing.

Excellent app. I was in an accident last night I immediately requested assistance and in less than 30seconds I recieved a phone call from Namola. They stood by my side from beginning till end kept calling to make sure everything is fine the service is friendly and helpful. Definitely a must have app for everyone you never know when you are in an emergency and need some assistance.

Best app for emergency services I've used the app in two occasions (in assisting my neighbours) and I've always been impressed by their excellent service, help gets to my location within minutes and they always make a follow up call to check if emergency services have arrived of which on both occasions they have always arrived in time to help. Would highly recommend people to download this app as anything could happen anytime more specially this festive season

I use Android phones. This app seems not to be very friendly to Android. Some settings and options (like marking places) are either not available or hidden so deep obe cannot find it. Location is also wonky. It works sometimes sometimes not on Android phones. Phones in reff are Nokia and Samsung. Android 10. Since the above support contacted. But the problem persists. They could not figure it out and left it. If you use an Android phone, first check location function. It may not work well.
