The worst design choice I've ever seen. You literally can't type in a date. You think you can just choose a date in 1997 with a couple clicks? No, you have to click back through each month starting from 2021 to get to 1997. That's almost 24 clicks. IT SUUUUUUCKS. The spectacular thing is, this service is even more useless and frustrating without the app. So you literally HAVE to use the app because it's the lesser evil. This is hell. I just want to fill in my papers for my doctor. Thanks.

Highly disappointed. Spent over an hour entering all my fields on 3 documents. TWO separate times all the fields deleted after being saved. I was making templates and the second time was very careful to save everything. Still, all the fields disappeared after switching to different documents. I messaged support and the only response was for me to do it again and record the problem. It was so stressful I wasn't willing to do it all again a 3rd time. So frustrating I cancelled immediately.

🛑DO NOT DOWNLOAD!🛑 This company is not forthcoming with any info pertaining the 'trial' . You sign up thinking it's a 30 day, cancel at anytime before the trial ends..no charge. When the app wasn't what I needed I tried to cancel but you can't cancel on the app. They make it difficult so most people just won't bother. You have to go to Google Play to cancel. When you do that you find you've actually signed up for an actual plan that will charge $95 annually. I did not pick that

Terrible in every category. It is functionally confusing, no tutorial in app, nothing is working for downloading the files. Android does not benefit from this as I had to save to my drive to retrieve the file (only working export) Galaxy s20 plus and not a single email app will find anything I signed. Don't get this scam, cuz it thinks that a monthly $$$ for a photo editor is with it. Just use your own editor on your phone or a web browser editor. At least you can download and it will show up.

EDIT: Signnow replied saying that a "fix" was made a while ago. Currently have it installed on a note 8, tab S2 and tab S3. All 3 have the same issue. It was not fixed a while ago, and judging from other recent reviews I'm not the only one with this issue... Was working before. Have read multiple reviews where they responded to similar complaints saying a fix was coming. Still 10 days without a fix. Can't save edits, can't resize, documents opening on one device but not another. People are using this for their professional business and for them not to come out with a fix asap is extremely disappointing.

Worked flawlessly for me! Incredibly easy to use and quite inuitive. I simply touched in the pdf where I wanted to sign, a little menu came up allowing me to either insert typed text, today's date, my initials, or my signature! After inserting my signature it also allows me to drag my signature into place for a more fine grained control. All in all a fantastic app.
