After update you can no longer remotely delete videos on SD card. No sound during play back either. Need to correct the update or developer needs to go back to previous version. Very frustrating so say the least. I have deleted the app and reinstalled an older version using APKpure. So far I got the functionality back. Deleting, sound.... and I have disabled auto updates from now on.

App does exactly what it's supposed to. Been using it with a power bank cam and upon motion it notifies immediately, unlike other apps that have so much lag notifications come minutes later. Can't go wrong with that. It would be nice if it worked with a broader spectrum of cameras but I'm not complaining.

My device has been offline for days now and I cannot seem to connect. I've tried resetting the device, and the router and still nothing. I was not getting event recordings nor was I able to here audio playback. I was never able to use the audio to speak from phone to the room where my camera was. So now my camera is completely useless because it wont connect. I dont have any contact info for customer support or troubleshooting. And, I can only use the device while plugged in, When online.

Pls fix this.. -Set 30 minutes recording but sometimes 20m or less, so there's important moment that not recorded.. Hiks.. -Offline offline offline connecting conecting conecting.. Wifi full bar, fullspeed still nothing. Huhu.. -only saves mp5 files.. Cant play, cant convert.. The only way to view files is through sd card itself.. Why? Whats the point having ipcamera but cant see recording files mobile... -sometimes it"s reset by itself.. Wont awake when alarm video or timed video..

Saves the video files as .mp5 on your phone. No ability to transfer them or convert them. So basically the only thing you can do is watch the videos within the app itself which has a terrible GUI in "engrish". No rewind, no fast forward, not cut, no move, no copy. Watch and delete, that's it. Basically worthless :(

A functioning app that's clear as mud. The camera function works but the features description is very confusing. Written in broken english. Nothing about this app is easy. I will tell you this . Once you have your camera connected turn off your router for 10 seconds and turn back on, after 5 minutes turn the camera off for 5 minutes then turn back on. This should keep your camera online while remote watching and help with the camera being offline.
