This is not to bash the company, or developers of this app however, this app was not built with smaller screens in mind as i was unable to scroll or see the bottom buttons fully. As a result i was not able to regester so i know nothing about the customer service or their operations. My point is, this app needs some work, it is costing you customers. Also, try using a mobile app framework such as ionic or react, they make stuff like this alot easier.

I ordered a few things last month, they are currently on route to the given address but when i try to log back in for the invoices ahead of time, it says "user not found". Why does this happen?

Not a review about the app, I hardly used it but this is a review of the company. I swear if I could give this company ZERO STARS I would! It took me 2 weeks to get my package after I paid for express delivery to have it delivered in time to line up with their schedule. The customer service was HORRENDOUS, no one could confirm where my package was. I had to go to the store TWO(2) times before I was even told what the problem was. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
