This concept is nice and your response time to issues is highly commendable . But the bugs we constantly encounter on this app needs to be checked or looked into. Most of the upgrades don't respond the way it should. But all in all its a 70/100% for me

1. This sucks the battery since it keep tracking the driver. 2. It does not conceive the customer's location itself, so the location of the customer we take by whatsapp. 3. Check in of the driver is available with location tag. But sign out doesnt stops tracking. 4. Overall it solves your delivery problems but highly recommend to fix above mentioned 3 points.
