I've been trying to get into mystery shopping for a while and this has been a great introduction. The tasks are simple to complete. As another reviewer has said, a few mock jobs to complete would be great. Like on a product check it asks you to select brands you can see on display from a list & take photos. I was under the impression they would want unique things each time, but repeats are apparently fine. I had a few checks almost fail because this wasn't clear. A dry run would have solved that

I LOVE Shepper and this App is VERY user friendly and easy to use. You get to choose what you want, where you want. The tasks are clearly laid out & easy to follow, (& easily editable) and LOVE the integrated map, and support staff are very reliable & helpful. I've done 243 jobs since 12th March with only 2 failed tasks a few 25 "retry" that have ALL passed. Most jobs get reviewed pretty quickly and mostly within 24 hours. Payment is slick. It's diverse, fun and a great little earner.

Great range of interesting local jobs to undertake. Some of these literally only take a minute or two to complete. Support staff are fair and friendly. Pretty much the perfect side hustle!

They have been better when I started doing my tasks first time, they gave quick response and much faster reviewed finished jobs, but now I have to take off one star as they get slower and demanding more for less cash.
