Won't even open. Rec'd as a gift. Good concept but doesn't matter if the app won't even open. My phone pops up with a message "the app is no longer working". The only option is to shut it down. I don't even know how the app works because I have never been able to get it to open.

Does not work. Only shows black screen and closes. Recieved from apartment building I moved into. Was excited about it and now very disappointed.

app keeps force closing. just received this from a customer and the app is horrible. i will be sure to let them know and everyone else in our industry. *Only works for iPhones and older Android phones now. We bought these for a swag bag at work and it's a waste of money.
