Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Adaptive Tuner on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

Great app lots of parameter views. So I'm using a aftermarket Bluetooth device and it was working but I think I screw up my setting so how does one go back to stock ECU settings and get off of view mode

About this app

Adaptive Tuner displays key gauge data: RPM, MAP, MAT, WAT, and AFR. It additionally presents the status of the 6 Adaptive Mode Learning State flags using a big visual graphic for each, alleviating the need to wire up LEDs if you use Adaptive Closed Loop for learning.


Requires a RS232 (DB9) to Bluetooth adapter connected to the Adaptronic's second serial port already paired with your phone/tablet via Android Settings or (for 3.1+ host mode capable devices only) a wired USB connection.
