The app asks your too much personal information like your home address which is absolutely unrelated. Also, it combines the questions "accepting the terms and agreements" and "being informed about the campaigns of Shell" together in a required field to check. This is unacceptable and also illegal as far as i know.

Used to be a useful app to check your clubsmart points and pay from inside your car through smartpay. Ever since I upgraded to a Galaxy S10 with Android 10, the app loads rediculously slow and I always get an error when trying to register paypal. Tried clearing cache, data, reinstalling. Does not change a thing. The app for sure needs an update, albeit quite late for that already...

Barely deserves 1 star, downloaded the app to utilize my points to pay for fuel as was advised by pump attendent, only to find out that it doesn't work. What a waste honestly.

Has been replaced with the "Shell" app, so issues being reported are due it bring obsolete on / not optimised for all recent phones

Complete change of the whole loyalty scene with little to no warning and without making sure that all stations participate. Make sure you have your old card handy, as some stations don't offer those new points for whatever reason. The one I've used didn't even had any warning that they don't participate in the new scheme. It's not the end of the world obviously, but it's a sign of not caring about customers at all
