App works poorly. My fitbit says it links and the aria scale but 98% of the time it won't link to the app. To log food by taking a picture, the picture won't load most of the time. I find it easier to log food in my fitness pal. If this app was similar to that, I think it would be more helpful for us as well as the dietician to view. The chat doesn't notify when we have a message. When logged in and I check my messages on the app it is "not readable" so I have to log on to a desktop.

Conceptually the app is a great idea, but the app has been executed poorly. Updating Pictures of Food, the app has not been updated for newer phones that takes large MP pictures causing issues in uploading the pictures (crashes, failure to upload, takes forever). Poor API interface, the app has API for fitbit, but does NOT carry over the bulks of the data that's availble in FitBit. So, it's a PITA to enter data in two apps. Dataset inconsistent from API, not all data point are pulled from the API for some reason. Sometime the all my data point is there and sometime not, how is my coach supposed to help if they get incomplete data? I'm only sticking with the app as a part of the program, the app cause also be the reason why I drop out. the data i get back from the app/program isn't worth the time or effort of dealing with the shortcomings.

As one of the Lifestyle Coach Dietitians for the program I love being able to connect with my participants through the Scaleback platform. I can see their Health Tracker trends and help them to reach their health goals. Reviewing food logs and discussing food choices helps them be more mindful and to stay on track. Most of all, being able to encourage them and cheer for them on their journey creates a positive atmosphere for behavior change. Thankful for the capability to communicate in this way

Frustrating...Synced with my Fitbit once and then stopped. Food Log input today has yesterday's date. Behavior modification should not be so frustrating. Supposed to use this with insurance supported health program but not finding this aspect helpful at all. Maybe the browser site will be better for logs, Fitbit data is a bust which is ironic b/c my program is promising me a Fitbit if I participate.

The app doesn't do much and what it does, it does not do well. When I login via the web to sync data (the app doesn't do that), it is incorrect. It doesn't assist with tracking of communicating information to our class coach. It negatively impacts participation in the program.

Very frustrating. The section to add activity only says zero after I add time. This is new, it used to show me what time I had logged, now it doesn't. I dont mind loading pictures of meals, I find it more convenient than typing everything out.
