Pricy, but worth it in my opinion. I had been keeping track of my progress in Google sheets, and I love how this does all the graphs for you, and especially how it calculates your warmup sets for you. Hoping it extends past NLP for programming too but if not I'm sure it'll be at least a total of like 6 months before I'm there so definitely worth the cost of a movie ticket.

This app is a great compliment to the books. I like the fact that it plans out my next workout automatically. There are some great videos on form and you can send in a video of your own for a form check. Most of the negative reviews mention the price, but you really do get a lot for the money. If you have questions, the developer is quick to respond.

How can you have an app that doesn't have a "Forgot your password" option when logging in???? And this is just the tip of the bug-filled iceberg. I'd understand if the price was low, but for this amount of money, it's absolutely inexcusable. Update: received a customer support email to log back in. Fortunately I remembered my password in the meantime, but appreciate the reach out nonetheless.

Very nice APP, you don't have to think much in terms of day to day workouts. Just set your programing and follow it. It tells you even the plates that you must place on the barbell .

I can't say the app is perfect but it is definitely helpful and motivating. I love how it says the total amount lifted after a workout.

Does everything you need to learn how and start lifting. Down to rest timers when in the gym to progress tracking. Just follow the program. Read the book as well!
