Garbage. Just like the phone operators. Can't look up IVR in/out history, which poses a problem when work orders are immediately closed. Calling does no good, wait times are abysmal, and queue bounces me around as if the automated system is just making excuses, or people keep putting me on hold. The whole system is useless if there's nobody to answer and I get bound up for literally DAYS playing phone roulette

If you want to add needless delays and expenses to your customers repairs, this is the company for you. You can be in the building and it won't let you check in. I've wasted plenty of customers labor time just trying to contact the company to check into the job or out. Very frustrating.

The newest update 25 May 2021 no longer shows the work order in my list when I do a search. Also when I go back from the search the app will list tons of work orders, till I refresh. PLEASE ROLL BACK THE UPDATE.

Buggy and frustrating to use. App lets you check in, then it says you are out of GPS range. Have to log out and back in after uploading media because it won't let you check out otherwise. Most of the time, there is some random error when checking out. Make sure you copy anything you typed so you can paste it back in after another log out and log in. Going in and out of Airplane mode sometimes helps with the GPS errors, btw. One version about 6 months ago actually worked. Go figure.

Good app overall, but now, 30 seconds after I check in, it tells me it looks like I left the site. Or I'll be 100 miles away from a job and it says it looks like you've arrived, would you like to check in. These notifications go on all day and the only way to stop is to log out.
