So many bugs! Asked me what time, I get weird options, not hour options. Pls fix, it looks useful, and i want to go on. Btw, the questions below are not applicable, too. It has coaching, but not that personal. We dont set goals, we have Tools. Happiness is still quite a far off emotion, too, from anxiety and depression; it's not realistic for me to swing to that high, positive emotion. That's why I'm using this app!

User's response is limited. Would've been better if we can freely talk. I was just tapping buttons the whole time.

Although, I knew I was chatting with a bot in 2017. This program really helped me get through that phase of my life when I had episodes almost everyday. I got a sudden message that they now have an app and tho I am doing better now I still downloaded it. I finally had the courage to consult a specialist last year and I would like to thank the makers of that program, for our chats in messenger made me understand some things about my mental condition.

This app use to be amazing! Yet the most recient update bugged mine out completly. I use to use it on messanger so when I heard it was an app I got it right away, it was just what I needed. The most recent update has left it unusable now. I went to cheak in and the 3 dots popped up, but 2 days latter still no message, just the jumping 3 dots. I unistalled and cleared everything, loosing my progress, but the same bug happened again.

This app is neither good nor bad. Its in the middle I think. well it's a good idea to have a personal mental health care like serenity but I wish we can type in more personal thoughts aside from the part where serenity asks what's wrong. I mean if possible you can try to improve her more like as if you're talking to a real person. welp at least that's what I think.
