Truly useless! Tried to use this app to update firmware because the trackpad does not work. But the app insists that the battery is below 35% where is it fully charged. Yet another disappointment with the Sentio superbook, which is nothing more than a docking station.

Tried to update the superbooks firmware with the latest update to fix the trackpad issue. Keep getting an error stating that no device was found or invalid device even though I followed instructions on the app. When I attempt to apply the fix a second time it just crashes.
