No support from Vendor despite email sent. App installed but giving no information. Need to improve post sales support. Totally dissatisfied with product. I will ask for refund of money..

App works good. But what is with the incessant honking in the place of normal notification? I don't know why but it rang one early morning at 4.30. had it been a regular notification sound I would have been fine. But honking ? Really ?

Anti theft alarm function not working even after removing the software and hardware and reinstalling them. The customer care response is like they keep throwing you from one executive to another without any proper response. The distances are not realistic they are based on the maps. Plz don't get confused thinking the cheap product will give all the function you are desiring.

very unprofessionally packaged - no instructions inside. login is printed on the device and password is handwritten with pencil inside the box. did not work with sonata - only satellite [gps] light is blinking and airtel sim [middle light] for signal strength is off. had to photograph login and password for reference. need a way to change the device password from the app. there is NO SANE REASON to make the insurance expiry and last service date mandatory fields in the car profile so we just have to make up a random date if we can't remember! make these non-critical fields OPTIONAL - stupid app design. no phone for technical support - pathetic. no email of invoice either.

App doesnt receive updates from the device. I drove the car with the anti theft on and it didnt even alert me. It alerted me after 4 days. I even put more data balance for the sim, uninstalled reinstalled the app, delinked and linked the device again, made sure trip history was and is on...still nothing. I got this device on an offer and it just stops working after three months. Quikr launched a device which was 'Quik'r to stop working. And these morons dont even bother releasing any updates to solve this.

I had order Quikrscanner at October and got the product in just 15 days time can you imagine Quikr was saying u ll get in 3to5 day but only 10to15 days they take to deliver than also it's almost more thn 1 month but they don't activate my sim, I am fed up now but calling Mukthiyar more thn 15 time's but he is only saying he ll activate the Sim plz wait but 40 day is way to far to activate a single sim.. This is fraud after mentioning that customers ll get free 1 year data services but they don't even Bothe
