App crashes literally every time I try to use it. I've had it for about a year and haven't been able to use it once. I've tried updating it, uninstalling and reinstalling it, nothing has worked. I'm seriously considering selling my sena and buying a Cardo headset. Between this and the inability to connect to other user's headsets I've about had it with Sena.

App crashes immediately I try to access it after pairing with 30k. Don't know whats wrong. I've reinstalled the app on my 2 different android devices. You know what on iPhone Xs max app doesn't crash that's cuz it never detects the device 🤣🤣🤣

Nagging me to update app, but there is no v1.15 even in the app store. Don't even get me started on the awful popcorn popping sound during intercom communication. An issue for years. I can't believe a company charges so much for their equipment and has such terrible software support.

Endless upgrade loop to 1.15. If app starts and I mean IF it starts, then radio stations will be erased. Speeddial can not tell if I requested slot 1, 2 or 3. Lukely all functions can be done via headset unit
