Have product R1. Not much of an app, more like a user guide. I am still not sure what the "app" really does. It should have the ability to remember my product, customize or remove products you do not own as the list is silly long. It should remember "My product" when connection is not present vs reverting to the entire list. To solve this I "edited" the PDF user manual and saved a separate file. It would not update when first downloaded, installed v2.8, kept asking for 2.9, latter version NOT on google to download. Did a ticket, then magically it resolved and Google had the correct version. Manual included certainly is NOT very user fluid to understand. Having said this, when I did log a help desk ticket, Sena was quick to respond to the ticket.

Sena 10S is paired with the phone, however the app does not recognize the device and asks to pair, I pair it again and as soon as you return to the app it says Bluetooth connection lost.

These communicators are about as intuitive as an alien spacecraft. Cannot pair with another friends device. Two buttons on the unit somehow is enough to complete 20 functions. Need a decoder ring and the entire weekend to do something simple.

Terrible App. Doesn't connect with my headset, diverts me to enable Bluetooth which is already paired to my headset. Simple put this app doesn't work and makes things more difficult. I'm uninstalling.

It says Phone connection lost Sena SMH-10 is paired to same phone and I can even hear songs But the app won't detect the Sena Unit and can't update firmware

Just doesn't work. Never gets past the loading screen. Sorry i updated, the old version worked. My device is useless.
