Inaugurato a Maggio 2004 il Centro Commerciale Anagnina gode di una posizione privilegiata a metà strada tra la Via Anagnina e la Via Tuscolana, nelle immediate vicinanze dell’uscita 21/22 del Grande Raccordo Anulare, a 5 minuti dal capolinea della metropolitana Anagnina, a 50 mt dal primo punto vendita Ikea di Roma e a 50 mt dal Ministero degli interni (2.500 dipendenti).



La struttura si insedia in una zona altamente commerciale, sviluppandosi come una piastra a due piani tagliata ortogonalmente da due strade che nel loro punto di intersezione danno vita ad una piazza.



Il Centro Commerciale è composto di 56 esercizi commerciali con un eterogeneo mix merceologico di prodotti per l’abbigliamento, la casa, servizi, prodotti per la persona, accessori, elettronica, punti ristoro e alimentare.

E’ stato il primo Centro Commerciale in Italia ad integrare un Hotel 4 Stelle di 115 camere. Nel 2007 il centro commerciale è stato acquisito dal Gruppo Zeppieri, realtà nota in campo nazionale nel settore delle costruzioni e del real estate, che ha avviato un rilancio del centro commerciale inserendo nuovi partner con brand di rilevanza nazionale ed internazionale.
