I'm finding it extremely painful to even rate this app and service 1 star. I have been using Docomo for over 10 years and you disconnected my number with no prior notice. All my accounts, apps and registrations are linked to that number. I've been mailing your team for over a month now and haven't received any response. Is this the value of a customer? Is this the way to treat a loyal customer who has been with you for over a decade? Shame on your service! You have 0 consideration for a customer

Without any reason and notice u people disconnected my number. My number is very important to me. After disconnected i have faced so many problems. Is this ur best service to trusted customers? Shame on u people. If u didn't give any clarity lets face in consumer court.

Tata Network is Far better . love you so much. please bring 4G .your user since 2010. I use it in Town Area . there it is slow in rush hours ~64kbps . but in night it is far good . Outside Town & Near Town , it is mind blowing as per 3G . Around 5 to 8 mbps. Dont expect much speed (eg 15mbps). because it is not 4G till now. but it is far better than crowded Service provider Airtel & Vodafone . Though It is using Airtel network (as MIMO) , many places they have their own (mostly 2G) till now.

worst service ever. I'm suggesting all the users who r still using tata docomo plz change ur network as soon as possible. because their customer care agent will not help u for ur problems.. n not even they give u rply for ur email.. i m using this network but suddenly my that sim didnt show me network so i talked to customer agent but they r not able to help me. so plz change ur network as soon as possible. otherwise u ll also in trouble like me if tht no is important for u..

Its painful for me to rate this app even a star,reason is yours unprofessional behavior towards your valuable customer. From last few days what am I observing is that service has been stopped on this number.Due to which my colleague and relatives having difficulty in contacting me. Moreover this sim no. Has been linked with many apps and bank account due to which I am having trouble in doing any online transaction also. The way you disconnected my connection is painful for me to bear the same.

You are not worth of a single star. I have all my accounts linked with my docomo number but they have discontinued the services..is this the way you treat your customers ? whenever I go for recharge they tell that the number is invalid. I have lost my whatsapp account indeed... kindly figure it out and continue the services otherwise I'll not let anyone to trust docomo. reply asap
