Makes it super easy to inform the county about things that need attention in the neighborhoods. Reports you submit get routed to the appropriate department, so you don't have to spend time looking up who to call. Can be used any time of day. You receive an email acknowledgement of your submission with a case number within a few minutes. Then, you get status updates until the problem is resolved. Snap photos in the app or attach photos. Dead deer, water leaks, obstructed signs, potholes, whatever.

Great to follow issues. I have used it twice, once on a dead street tree, which takes time. And once on a sign issue that was fixed in a week. Makes it easy to keep track of your issues and the map locator makes it easy to see other issues in youd area.

I have the app on my cell phone but had trouble signing in. Wasted a lot of time. Done now.

Very convenient, though it makes me feel like someone's crotchety old grandma, complaining to authorities, even if it is via smart phone app.
