This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Sedapar on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Con Sedapar Móvil – Procesos virtuales, puedes consultar desde tu smartphone y/o tablet: saldos de todas tus conexiones registrados, conocer tus últimos 6 meses de consumos, puedes imprimir o visualizar tu último recibo factura, en cualquier momento de forma fácil, rápida y seguro.

A continuación se señalan las características principales del aplicativo:

- Copia de tu Recibo.- Permite generar el recibo de la conexión registrada por el cliente al momento de su inscripción.

- Conoce tus consumos mensuales. - Permite ver los últimos 6 meses del consumo de la conexión registrada por el cliente al momento de su inscripción.

- Consulta el estado de tu reclamo.- Permite ver el estado del reclamo presentado por el cliente.

- Conoce el saldo de tu conexión.- Permite ver el saldo de la conexión registrada por el cliente al momento de su inscripción.

- Simulador de refinanciamiento.- Permite realizar una simulación de refinanciación, para poder realizar la simulación se debe cumplir con los siguientes requisitos: La deuda debe ser mayor a S/100.00, el cliente debe dar mínimo el 15% de inicial, la deuda debe ser mayor a S/100.00, el cliente debe dar mínimo el 15% de inicial.

- Centros de Pagos.- Permite ver gráficamente en un google map la ubicación más cercana de un punto de pago de la Caja Municipal de Arequipa, debe estar activo el GPS del dispositivo móvil para tener acceso a esta funcionalidad.
