If I could I would give minus 5 stars. Worse app ever. I emailed a while back the developer because I had a problem with the app. They never responded. Yesterday night I got a message that where are motion. But when I open the app it keeps on saying "system Exception". I called someone hoe also have access to the camera toe check they're phone. Same story. Today no one of us can log in to the app. Not even on the other cameras on another profile. Very disappointed.

Its not possible to live veiw 2 or more cameras altogether I can not have humanoid detection on when turn motion detect off There is lack of "in app call" feature. So calling as an alarm is only possible through sim card. Most of the times doesnt work when VPN is on. Hotspot is not stable and goes off repeatedly.

Tried using with JH360 fisheye camera but 'Multiple Video Preview Modes' do NOT work. Icons are present and turn colour when pressed but screen does not change. As this function was the main reason I purchased the camera I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. Please sort this malfunction out and I will increase rating but not before.

I would love to rate higher but this app and camera are SO finicky! They constantly disconnect, SUPER HARD to reconnect, notify too much then not notify AT ALL, no amount of hard resets fixes these issues. I NEED motion detect working!! PLEASE fix!

I am using this with a 3G/wifi/HD720 wireless home monitor JH09 camera and it was easy to set up but I would like some more info on the "notice" option. Has anyone found a FAQ/help page for this app? It sometimes doesn't download from the cloud very well when watching alerts remotely, live has been ok when I have tried. Overall working well as a nanny cam.

Cannot be used as a security camera because it loses connection with the phone in 15 minutes. Also, the cloud storage is very slow, the rubber can distroy the device before any notification is sent / evidence saved. Good only as a toy, watching the camera live.
