Why there is no more updates for this app? This was one of the best net speed monitors out there which could show network speed in a floating window almost over any fullscreen app. Most of the other ones just show the speed on notification bar but this app was exactly what I needed and used for years. Now I switched to Huawei's EMUI (8.2) and this app doesn't even open up. Badly need a fix.
