Simple app. You can import the contacts via Excel import or Group extractor. You can create any number of groups and can send messages to the groups in a single click. WhatsApp bulk sender will send the messages individually. All the messages will be delievered, even if the receiver don't have your contact number saved.

WhatsApp Bulk Sender is the only tool in playstore that I can trust for the 100% delivery to my contacts of any size.
