It doesn't matter how many versions there are of this or how many updates. It will ALWAYS suck. Everything glitches every time, never works properly and hasn't for years. But we have no other options, so we're stuck with it. I hate this app, I hate this company, their website is terrible. Absolutely terrible all around.

Updated app only includes bug fixes. Still no way to view outages in the app itself.

Not nearly as informative as previous versions. They have a long way to go to catch up to their old app. I wish I had not been forced to "upgrade" to this version, it's actually a significant downgrade in information available.

I like how your update says it fixes bugs... I cant even open this app. Just crashes, doesn't open.

Garbage. Deleted the old one and downloaded this new one. It automatically closes as soon as I try to open it.
