Used through Kaiser for Cardiac Rehab after a Heart attack. the app was very simple to use, reminded me to take my medication. and to complete any assignments given to me in that week. Kaiser was very instrumental in getting me back to a normal life after my Heart attack.

Installed and removed app. Now I have to buy a different Samsung Galaxy watch for this app to work? Make the app available to all your Samsung Watch customers. What am I supposed to do wear 2 different Samsung watches. Work it together with Samsung Health. Everything I own is Samsung. Samsung is supposed to innovate and lead 😒 the industry. You get a 5 star when you take care of your customers.

Why is this limited to Kaiser Permanente Healthcare recipients?? This should be availabile to all Samsung users that paid for the watch regardless of who's insurance you use! Very disappointed that I can't use one of Samsung's health apps after spending so much money on the watch

Samsung HeartWise is an app for patients participating in the HeartWise home-based heart-wellness program. The app uses your phone and a Samsung smartwatch to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Your heart-wellness data is tracked on your smartphone and automatically sent to your clinical team daily, which keeps them up to date for the weekly wellness check-in and makes the heart-wellness program easy and convenient.
