Just got this watch, super excited...trying to set it up it asks for permission to everything!! I deny access to make and manage phone calls and it crashes. Everytime I didnt want a 'watch phone', thats why i didn't get the lte version just a watch that connects to the app when exchanging the collected info... Why does it need phone location, files, calls etc. To function as a fitness watch?! Switched from garmin to samsung and highly disappointed so far. Not even mentioning the BATTERY UGGHHH

Things that worked suddenly stop. Eg sleep recording. Had to hard reset the watch to get it working again. Add this to the fact that the watch is sold as being able to monitor blood pressure in the UK and it can't! Not great. Love the watch but too many software issues.

Good hardware, useless software by Samsung. GPS while walking works, but while cycling it doesn't work. It would connect after 30mins when cycling is almost over. Absolutely mess. A cheaper Chinese watch provide better software than samsung. ECG feature is a sham.

This watch uses to work fine but now it disconnects constantly. Spend 400 bucks on a watch that doesn't work. Never again.

It works most of the time. I wish Duo Mobile authenticator Push notifications would work without draining the battery so much!

I have the same issue as below. For recent 2 days my watches keep loosing battery very quickly. When I was going to sleep I had 1d and 20 hours of battery, but in the morning it shows only 9h. And it's with sleeping mode. What's going on??
