I would love to give this 5 stars. Up until lately, they were almost perfect! I was super pleased with sound quality of music, ease of use & call quality. Lately they have become a bit of a hastle to use for phone calls (which is the #1 reason I purchased). It's hit or miss, I haven't noticed a pattern or reason for the calling issues. Example, last night my dad called, I answered but the quality was horrible & worst of all, they weren't in sync. Left ear then 1 or 2 seconds later, right ear.

Everything about the buds are perfect from the bass to the battery. Even the design makes the whole experience worthwhile. That's until you get to the call quality. Honestly after seeing the reviews of this plugin I installed it's precious version and it was working seemlessly until the wearable application required me to update it or else I wouldn't be able to use the functionality like ambient sound. Right now all I can say is call quality is horrid, intermittently cuts out and is out of sync.

With the latest update, the call quality in calls has dropped a lot. It sounds metallic and distorted. I can't use them anymore like this. This happens only on my phone and only with the buds+. Other BT headsets work fine with the phone. And the buds work fine in call mode on my PC as well. Can be tied well to the latest update as it started exactly after it was installed. Please fix this asap.

It is understandable that this is a difficult time for developers and programmers in releasing new software and support, but there had pass 3 months since the last update. This talks against you because a good and trustworthy software is as important as the good hardware you release, the drivers are the things that determine that we will enjoy your hardware. If your are not going to give us a new plug-in, please, don't make us have the latest buggy version in the wearable app.

The app and plugin work just fine. Function is limited, which doesn't allow the user to mess things up. More options for the headphones, such as HOLD for 3 seconds to BLOCK touches, would be fantastic.

PLEASE the recent update completely destroyed phone call audio quality. It sounds metallic and weird, even feature trigger sounds is distorted (example trying to turn on ambient sound). The mic also doesn't function well in call. On the other hand music plays well, no issues. But the call quality is unusable.
