Less than two weeks in and one side keeps disconnecting. No matter what device I use it happens consistently. Once on my ears, left side shuts off after 5 seconds and the worst part there is a very loud high pitch sound on the right side which persists until I put back in charger. I don't know what happened in the update yesterday but something went wrong. I reset it several times to give it a chance. Never had these issues with the galaxy buds plus.

I have several phones in my possession, my main ones being a Huawei Mate 20 Pro and a Samsung Galaxy A51. If I try to use this app on my Huawei, it is 100% the most useless thing ever. it redirects me to my settings app. even after allowing all permissions and enabling everything i can, the app refuses to open properly. However, on my Samsung A51, it works perfectly fine. amazing app. useful tool, fine tuning is better than expected, it's great. wish it was able to be used by non-Samsung devices

I got a zte 2050.I just got the buds for my bday.read the instructions said I need an app for better experience.so I got it and everything went well until I opened the app and realize that none of the apps interface buttons don't work.the only thing that was kind of working was the connect button.please update or fix your app to work on other android phones besides sameung.thanks

Poor connection with phone. If I wave my phone around or put it behind my back, the audio would cut out. Oddly, cheaper earbuds connect much better to my phone. This didn't use to be an issue. Not sure how to fix

Don't know why people don't like this app UNLESS they have the wrong app! Noise cancelling is AWESONEsoubd is incredible and app allows complete adjustment to buds EXCELLENT ambient sound too!

For some strange reason Google assistant is not a programmable option for touch buttons. That's the only thing I want this app to do. Let me customize the buttons to do anything rather than a few useless choices.
