Used for three weeks, so far...trouble every week, sometimes 3 or 4 times a day! Problems logging time, especially across two days (starting work on one day, and finishing on the next, after working overnight). I'm ready to go back to Paycom!!! If I could give "0" stars, I WOULD!

Garbage user experience design. Reduces productivity. Reduces job enjoyment. Increases resentment.

My employer went from using just strictly Salesforce to using both these apps, which is ridiculous given two apps are now doing the work of one. Moreover, I have some sort of bug where completing any work order on my end does not show as being completed to my supervisors. iOS devices can no longer upload multiple pictures simultaneously, and just a number of bugs and redundancies that make the user experience far more frustrating than it needs to be.

My company switched to Salesforce from Paycom for techs in the field. I'm not sure if there was a chance to look it over before it went live, but in the field, it was"On the 6th, we are going live...." There are no options for correcting any punch times, which is a BIG deal operating in the field. There is a silly email every morning, with details of what I have already done, which " no one needs".The website stopped 2years ago. POS ! I ran out of time, it is not intuitive at all. No likey, ugh.

As a Salesforce Administrator I find it very difficult to work with this app. Countless bugs with gps, freezing unexpectedly and changing anything is very difficult. Also missing a lot of basic functionalities.
