This thing simply does not work. I've tried every connection possible, whether it be on WiFi or data. The camera never connects. I've contacted them twice and have basically been told it's a problem with my internet. Ridiculous.

Used to work fine, but now disconnects all the time, sometimes will not reconnect and there is often a weird purple tinge to the image. Also, why no 5ghz support? This is too expensive a camera to be using technology that's 5 years old.

Hit and miss. If it does connect, it takes a few minutes. Most of the time the product fails to connect, freezes or goes offline for no reason. The smart audio unit has never worked and the customer care team never sent a new one after speaking with them. Very disappointing. Update: Customer support contacted us and we were able to reset everything and it currently works. Time will tell if it continues to work or if it goes back to disconnecting.

Worked great for a couple months. Stopped working with the last couple updates. Super disappointed. It spends all night disconnecting and reconnecting. I've tried everything at this point. My phone and the app are up to date... I'm about to buy brand another monitor.... Edit* no it isn't Saftey 1st, this doesn't solve my issue. My issue is the app doesn't work properly so I now how no way of installing the camera and this is after 4 or 5 days of trying to get ahold of your customer service.

Have had this camera a while. Its always been slow to connect. Recently it doesn't connect at all. The developer says they had an issue that was resolved around July 27 but it's August 4 and it still doesn't connect. My wifi can run 2 Netflix accounts, fortnite online, and have multiple devices browsing the internet at one time no problem. Even the cheapest worst video quality camera is better if it atleast connects reliably. This device has major issues with connectivity.

I've owned this monitor for a year now and its awful. I have no issues with my wifi but it keeps telling me baby monitor is offline. I'll have the app with sound running in the background and it will suddently disconnect and I have to open the app to get it going again. I spend so much time checking the app to make sure that its hasn't disconnect otherwise i dont know what's going until my child crying bloody murder. I wish I had picked a different baby monitor.
