Abandoned? Hasn't been updated in 4 years. Needs ability to play background. New themes + user customisable themes would be nice.

My device that can measure heart rate variability proves that this App works! I have a commercially available relaxation device called HeartMath emWave2. It has a sensor that can measure your heart rate variability. It's one of the scientific ways of measuring your state of relaxation. The great thing is that when I use this Relax app to do the breathing rythm, at the same time with the emWave2, just a few seconds later, emWave2 gives out the indication that I'm in a relaxed state, proving this app works.

Sound when breathing fades in and out which is not only annoying but actually hurts my ears when using headphones. Very disappointed as I used to love this app and I can't use it now.

Liked the app better before the latest updates. Music no longer plays during exhale. Breathing seems unbalanced now.

Breathing exercises are good and useful, but guided meditations with that indifferent cold emotionless speeding voice are terrible.
