When I download the videos from the drone to my mobile phone I can hear audio but cannot see video. When I copy the file to my PC and then toy phone that is the only time I can see the video playing properly with sound. Please help so I can bring it back to 5 stars. This is happening with my brand new and firmware updated runcam 2 4k

news fixing for android users, plank screen with sound on video playback and cannot download to mobile phone. all works on ios though so definitely an android problem

The app seems to work if you have a reasonably up to date device, but freezes on an older one. The Android version info really needs to reflect this as it's misleading.
