I applied for ownership change MSEB connection. The RTS MAHARASHTRA says it will take 15days to complete the process. Now it's been 3 months (90days) no action taken in my application. I contacted customer care but the keep saying that they will request MSEB to update the status. The fact is that RTS MAHARASHTRA has no control over any service. They are just link between them like an agent who can apply but can't control. I would suggest everyone apply direct through respective websites don't use RTS NAHARASHTRA

The app isn't useful at all. I tried applying for a permit for consumption of liquor. The app has no provisions for the same. On the contrary, it takes me to a web page where the page displays boldly, NO ACCESS!

Marriage registration page not working properly due to the banner that does not allow to move ahead and no selection options are working.

Doesn't allow login with the same credentials as on browser. Doesn't show tracking details when correct application ID is provided. Hence totally worthless app.

please someone help me....I have registered myself on this portal early but now I am trying to login then it is showing "Invalid Credentials" even after resetting my password too, it is showing same error. Request you to help me on this.
