Perlu banyak perbaikan sistem. Data yang sy masukan tidak valid karena ada kesalahan pada sistem (kata petugas, hrs dimasukan data ulang disana). Saya harus 3x bolak balik dan tidak jadi periksa karena ada kesalahan sistem juga. Jadwal dokter pada app tidak sesuai lapangan. Kacau! Yg biasanya tanpa online sistimnya ambil nomor-screening-registrasi yang makan sedikit waktu. Dengan sistem online ini tidak mempermudah malah mempersulit. Karena hanya menambah 'daftar online' pada awal 3 jalur diatas

sbnrnya gk ada yg salah sama fasilitasnya, bagus" aja. daftar online jd lbh mudah untk book. tp kurang suka sama dokter"nya, apalagi pas screening rata" judes. telat nomor antrian pun diomelin pdhl gk kedenger. saya cadel jg diomelin dulu, pdhl saya jelas" gbs ngomong r. gmn nanggepin pasien yg bisu? klo untuk perawatnya oke, bnr" baik bgt dan sabar. msh gak ngerti aja knp perawatnya lbh ngerti apa itu ramah dan sabar nanggepin pasien, sedangkan dokter" yg spesialis nya ratarata kurang ramah.

Nyesel deh dirujuk kesini, dokternya kurang ramah, kurang informatif, males2an. Dokter tdk sesuai jadwal di aplikasi. Seolah2 saya ga usah rawat jln disini balik ke faskes 1 aja mentang2 pk BPJS 👎
