I like that it reminds me to exercise throughout the day. It gives you workouts to do with cool animations. It even has modified moves, which is great for me because I'm in a wheelchair with balance issues. Without this app, I probably would stay sitting all day. I also like that I can check them off afterwards. It gives me a sense of accomplishment. This app really makes a difference.

Great incentive to get up and move! Love the icon that demostrates the move. Seeing it doing the exercise actually motivates me to see if I can imitate it. Appreciate the written descriptions and the variations for we who are less fit. I do some in a pretty halfassed manner, but have only found one that I can't even fake...the break dancer. Will love watching me regain strength! For "aged" people it can be a life saver! Also like the positive reinforcement of the completion messages. Good job!

Exactly what I was looking for! This app helps me remember to get up and move during my workday. I love that it suggests different exercises at random and demonstrates how they're done. No equipment needed! This is perfect for beginners too because it breaks up the exercises little by little over the course of the day instead of just doing one mega intense workout.

The concept is great for desk employees who need to get up and move. The exercises are quick, take a minute or so but are hard enough to raise your heart rate. No equipment needed. I'm enjoying the idea, but the app itself sometimes stops sending notifications, and there's no way to reset back to zero. It keeps adding each day to the last. I. E. "32/85 completed"

this app is an excellent way to sneak in small amounts of cross-training throughout the day as your lifestyle allows. The animations are simple yet instructive, as is the associated written description of exercises. I would love to be able to customize the exercises provided based on individual areas of particular weakness and/or physical limitations. otherwise fab!

App seems useful but somewhat unfinished. I could not enter decimal points while entering weight in kilograms. Also, the options for the frequency of reminders are low, medium, and high, without any explanation of what this actually means and without an ability to set time-based reminders.
