I have loved and used this app since inception. However, recently, the experience has not been pleasant one. I haven't been able to subscribe successfully. I make the payment, and get the message that my premium subscription is already activated, but the home still displays the "subscribe " window. Since the recent upgrades, I have not been able to use the subscription either on my android or ios. I have several other colleagues with same issue. Kindly help look into to as we Love our App..

My 2nd opinion is thank you the continuous upgrading of the. LOVE the audio feature. Maybe an option of video clip in future. Would also be a great feature. That way i could read in a.m, listen while driving or doing domestic task, then finally looking at a video while on break at work. This way, 2 GATES are being influenced by the word. The eye gate, sees te words, ear gate hears increasing my faith and both eyes and ears taking it all in as a 1-2 POWER DEPOSIT!!! Thank you for your HEART WORK!

It's great but I paid for a year's subscription, but at the beginning of every new month, when I click subscribe to get the new month, it takes day before I can download to my library, like for the month of march it would not allow me download even though my subscription is valid for a full year. It shouldn't be so difficult and tasking. It should automatically be in my library each new month since it's been paid for

The app has been great until the recent upgrade. I'm giving a 2-star for your decelopers. If a new feature is causing a bug, can they revert to a version that works? The app doesn't open at all. Also, kindly revert to the daily free readings. We install these apps for new converts and those who request on the go during evangelism. The daily free readings are a huge encouragement for introducing and keeping them engaged on the app , not a "7 days" trial please.

My subscription runs out next year, but I've been told that I am unable to open my Rhapsody Reader until I upgrade. My subscription is still active but I can't use the app. Update: Thank you so much for resolving things so swiftly. The app is amazing and a great way to get into the Word. Highly recommended. 👍🏼

The graphics looks good so i will give 3 stars. This current update is not looking right. When I download for a new convert, since we don't get a lot of physical copies, they can't read it without a subscription. Previously, subscription opens more opportunities, but now they can't see the message. What gives? How is this restriction supposed to help spread the gospel all around the world? Please revert to the previous one where they can at least read the day's message. Thank you.
