This app is fine. This product is a complete farce. I bought it for my partner as she sometimes forgets to put water down for the cat's (the cats are still alive. It's only a matter of a few hours). I must have been suffering from a mini stroke when I purchased this product. To think that a cat would drink running water from a box that lights up is insane. This is my most regrettable purchase of my life.

Really disappointing app. Had to change my wifi password because the app had a character limit for the password, never sends me notifications and now has decided my login credentials aren't correct (they are) and is unable to send a verification to my email to reset it. Emailed the support email listed on here and it bounced. Really frustrated.

Love the device, knowing that the water is fresh and I'm not giving them dirty water. That said, the app is the only reason I bought it. It never let's me know when water is low or I need to change the filter . I physically have to keep checking it to make sure it is running correctly Extremely disappointing

Meh atm, needs an option to add other users so other family members have access to the device. It always misses notifications so I have to manually check if it needs to be refilled. Also need to log in again if my partner logs in on his phone so he can keep an eye on it. We both work shift work so not always at home, bought thinking it would be easier so we don't have to leave a not all the time. Overall it needs to be a cleaner and easier application than it is.

Awful app, unclear instructions, poorly designed and not working when trying to add device. Non existent support, contacted them through the app leaving feedback and asking for help; been few days already and nobody replied. 40% of the product value comes from the app feature, yet it's total rubbish. Borderline scam

Great device! Terrible app.. Cant connect the device to Wifi to use the app. Google/Facebook login both do not function. Instructions aren't clear. The app is half the reason I bought it - to check the quality of my pets water.
