This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Rev: Record & Transcribe on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Ever since there was an update done today I can no longer get my app to work. I am worried I have lost all my recordings

This is not voice activated :-( I've been in the process of shopping for an actual recording device. In the meantime, thought I would look for an app that might do the same thing I'm looking for in a recording device which is the ability to record my voice only when I'm speaking, I'm looking for a voice-activated recorder. I don't think this does that.

Incredible clarity, even with volume changes from the person speaking. It's very easy to upload to Dropbox. Highly recommended!!

Great app. Don't forget to turn it off because it will literally keep going without any limit that I know of. It's my favorite thing about this app! Simple, unobtrusive, no noise from the app itself, and there's no recording limit. Being able to get stuff transcribed is AWESOME, but it's useful just for getting audio recordings if that's all you need.

Offered a discount code 1st login, got my card info, then said code had already been used. What?! Did you catch the part this was my first time logging in? Then translation failed. But they got their $2.50, which apparently they charge for each translation on this FREE App.

Heard good things, but after downloading each time I tried to open it, it would crash immediately after the same half second interval each time. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling like someone else said too. Hope they can fix bugs?
