This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Resident Inventory on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

Tenants that use Resident Inventory have a simple convenient way to document their inventory and condition move-in inspection.

This app will enable you to take photos, type comments, and mark condition checkboxes. Use voice dictation for faster comments and keep all photos organized with each room area’s item. When complete you can view and download your report. A copy of your report will automatically be sent to your property manager.
