UPDATE: I managed to connect the app to the thermostat. The issue was I was trying to connect to a 5GHz wifi signal. You MUST connect to a 2.4GHz wifi, and it connects immediately. Original comment:"Impossible to connect to thermostat, therefore useless"

After a while, the app fails to open on my phone. I have to delete it and reinstall. I have done this 3 or 4 times. Very frustrating.

Hele trage app... Daarom is hij niet fijn te gebruiken. Kan ook niet via lokaal internet. Verder contact gehad dat het zo traag is en zou bij de volgende update mee genomen worden, 3 maanden verder nog niets.. Het duurt zelfs een paar seconden voordat de planning geopend word, waardoor die nu dus niet gebruikt kan worden...

We had our new heating installed today. We tried several times, with different phones, but the thermostat will not link to the app. It is connected to our wifi, but linking it to our account on the app doesn't work. Not even when we try using the serial number. Very unfortunate when one needs the app to program the heating.

Won't work on android phone, can't log in.

Really poor, avoid this! Disconnects from WiFi regularly and you have to set it up again Rach time. Also unless every household member installs the app on their phone, no one else can control the heating which means if the person with the app is out, everyone else has to sit in the cold or text them to turn it on! Also lacks basic functions like an 'advance' setting (start the schedule a bit earlier,). Regret having this massively
