After update, the app no longer works. Does not find the customer and sits in a perpetual loop of loading. For an emergency notification system, not being able to access the system remotely through the app is kind of a major roadblock. Comment from the company said they have no ETA on a fix.

The app worked great until my Galaxy S10 did a software update about 2 weeks ago. Now I can no longer get in the app. This is a major inconvenience because I preferred using the mobile app versus logging in through a computer. Please fix this!
