Nowhere does this app say that it's San Francisco only. I live in Washington and receive service from Recology, so you'd think an app called "Recology" would cover all of their service areas. All you have to do is put it in the description. Either Recology is cheap and not paying their developers to add this little bit of text or the devs are pretty lazy. Come on.

I downloaded this app in the hopes that the "what bin" function would be more up to date than on the website, and that does seem to be the case. Beyond that, however, the interface is unclear and the address finder appears to be incomplete. Does this app serve the peninsula communities? It recognizes my address as being "in California," but there are a number of California cities with the same street address. There seems to be no way to specify city or zip code.

I thought this was a "whatbin" search tool. I see comments about search, but all this app has on my phone is schedules and reminders. the sorting advice is one useless sentence. The reply suggests that I should use the search icon. If there were a search icon, I wouldn't be asking. Each time I load the app, i have to enter my address. I can understand once, but why each time?

Can't find my address. Apparently this is for San Francisco area only, but says this nowhere in the app or store listing. reply to dev: Well that's awkward then.
