Does not allow me to login to the Parent Portal - received the following message: The in-app browser you are using did not provide the security token. This is often due to device incompatibility when using an in-app browser. Please log in with the standard browser for your device.

This app is useless. Logging in is unnecessarily difficult and once you are in, you can't actually access the portal. It directs you to log in using your browser! Genesis was the school app from our sending district and it worked well. Realtime is very frustrating.

This is not a user friendly app. When you finally are able to log in the parent portal will not allow acces and instead says to unable to access dye to the incompatabilty of the device.

I have tried logging in, but it is impossible. The student version doesn't even recognize my district, and the parent version thinks that my password is incorrect. I know for a fact that it is not, because I checked my Google chrome password manager and the password entered was 100% correct. Compared with other pieces of software such as Powerschool, Realtime is an abhorrent mess. (I have tried both the student and the parent versions on both iOS and Android and can say that they are the same.)

This app used to work, but now whenever I try to log in it says, "authenticating log in data." I wait for it to log me in and it never does. I've tried at least 50x. I am able to log in on a laptop.
