Its not showing my account information its showing nothing the page is blank. And my account number in the app is wrong and the address is old

The app will not refresh. I has a 0 balance since APRIL 2020 which is incorrect. It wont even show the payments that I do make. I've made payments since APRIL and non of them appear.!!! This app really is terrible the last few months.

The only functionality I wanted from this app is to be able to retrieve and manage messages coming into my RCN VOIP landline. But no badge pops up to alert that a new message has been received (yes, I do have notifications set correctly), and if I do go to the app to see if there are messages, it lets me hear them but not delete. For that I have to go back to the web page. I could go on, but, simply put, this app needs a lot of work.

Cant sign in, cant pay through app. Error anytime something has to process. Cant add more than one account.

I've had RCN at 3 different locations. Twice where I currently am. I had a service interruption for almost TWO WEEKS! THAT mean NO security, NO online classes, NO cameras. For almost 2 weeks. They finally restore my service for SEVEN days. Then cut me off and tell me they're unauthorized to give me back the days I lost, but they can give me a credit! I only wanted then to extend my internet for the time I didn't have service. I CHOSE RCN cause they WEREN'T like comcast. Guess it was a merge

the fat cats and their fat paychecks are all on a big diet. I do not love the RCN app.I do just love how it was exactly like the TiVo app just in a different wrapper.. meaning utilization equates to a maybe but doubt it,! the only reason I download it and attempted to use it was for exclusive content which is another marketing term for we want to track your location and use all your data to make mone yoff your known & unknown data habits but not share any of that good green non sustainable C@$H with you.. I think the cable companies are going through what the phone companys went through a decade ago where they're losing all their gravy money off services that they used to overcharge for anyway and since everybody is cutting the cord and carrying a miniature entertainment/information presentation device,...
