Overall, it does an excellent job of doing what I need it to. It has saved me a lot of time and organizational space by being able to keep PDF copies of meeting notes for reference instead of having to keep track of physical copies. I do have issues with some of the scans in certain lighting, though, and I'd love to see more options for formatting of text transcribed from scans, as it still takes a good deal of post-scan work to make sure notes are accurate and readable.

Got one of these on sale at a local Walmart out of curiosity. I really like the aspect of reusable pages to not waste paper, and being able to scan them with the app for archiving or sending a copy to others is great. Only gripe I have is not being able to (from what I saw) save locally, and not being able to save as a PNG rather than a PDF. Another app I tested for comparison had a local JPG saving option, but not PNG.

{Edit: The shortcut widget to go directly to the scanner is working now! Thanks!} Great app! Love rocketbook products. Please add Google Calendar integration! I tried the ifttt work around and it can be a bit buggy if your on a free account. Also home screen scan page shortcut only opens to camera for me when the app is already open. If the app is closed, the shortcut just opens the app same as the regular rocketbook icon press. Might be something on my end just thought I would mention it.

EDIT: the recent updates improving the scan quality in varying light conditions is a HUGE quality of life improvement! well done! The app generally works very well! I'd love to be able to restore my history when switching devices and have more options for destinations. overall, though, the core functionality's been a game changer

It's been super useful! Sometimes glitchy when taking the QR Pic to send info. This may be user error. It really isn't too much to worry about or use as an excuse to not give it a try. When trying to do multiple pages at once it (over 20) it would only do the PDF and not the text version along with the pdf

Nothing extraordinary. Notifications are getting old. The book itself is cool. I've tried to get behind the app, but honestly I'm getting annoyed with all the notifications. 90% of the time they are ads for Rocket book products. I feel like there are dozens of apps out there that do what the rocket book app does just as well.
